Fall-Winter 2011 Loewe Ad Campaign
Without further ado, here’s your first look at the Fall-Winter 2011 Loewe ad campaign, which stars Mariacarla Boscono and Andrés Velencoso. Shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, with styling by Katie Grand, Stuart Vevers picked The Ritz in Madrid for the location of the campaign shoot.
A grand dame in her own right which used to be frequented by the Loewe customers including Ava Gardner and Ernest Hemingway in the 50s and the 60s, it was the perfect location considering its glamorous history and its connection to Loewe.
The first of many campaign images (which I’ll release daily from now till 10 July 2011 on Facebook), the launch image stars Mariacarla Boscono lounging on the bed with nothing but a pair of Flamenco bags in Candy and Coral, which will be available in these dual colour combinations for F/W11.
Extremely soft and supple (I mean the bags, not the model) and made of the finest Napa leather, I will be doing more updates on the bags (and their prices) at a later date.

Yes they had their sale in early June but it has already ended.
Wow! Can’t wait to see the other campaign shots… So apt and grand to have it done at the Ritz in Madrid. Although I must say the bags don’t look that appealing as yet.. We’ll see…
