Hermès Illico
Taking a leaf out of the mens collection, the new Hermès Illico from the Fall-Winter 2011 Womens Hermès collection borrows the clasp (from the Sac a Depeches briefcase, to be exact) and puts it on a tiny bag made up of Box and Evercalf calfskin. Unlock the clasp, flip it open and gain access to the bag’s contents within. Simple and elegant, the oversized hardware is a stunning addition that just adds on to the beauty of it all.
The only hurdle in my opinion? The SGD10,500 price tag, one that’s much too steep even for a bag this gorgeous. What do you think?

Just wondering. What makes it more covetable than a Birkin at that price point?
I believe the Birkin already costs much more than SGD10,000 today. For those who are loyal to the house, have cash to burn and already own the Birkin (or many Birkins) definitely wouldn’t mind getting this either.

Hmm, ok so it looks fabulous, but its a “H” so it should. Now 10,500 for it… well… if you have cash to burn. I don’t quite think its really worth that price.
