Pre-Fall 2011 Womens Dior
One of my favorite bags from Dior (and named after Lady Diana by the way), the Lady Dior is not exactly one you see often in Singapore. Try as I might, I have come to the conclusion that it is not really that popular here, and 2 of the reasons I always get when I ask readers or people I know is that a) it is pretty expensive and b) the bag’s mouth is almost always a death trap, giving you zipper burns whenever you reach in for your essentials.
Still, it is one lovely bag and one of those icons that will be around for a long time to come. There’s no denying that, and as they say, if you can’t beat them, join them.
One of the prettiest (or most interesting) pieces from the Pre-Fall 2011 Womens Dior collection is this, a white and black wool tweed ensemble accented with a fluffy collar and black leather patent handles.
Another stunning jaw-dropping piece has got to be this exotic rendition, equal parts head-turner and awe-inspiring, giving one the urge to run their hands up and down its beautiful body.
And if bags are not your thing (or in this case presumably too pricey for your blood), here’s a killer brogue-like heel with perforated leather and more exotic skin. Lovely, isn’t it? More importantly, do you personally love the Lady Dior? Tell me more.

It’s love at first sight when I bought mine (in rouge with ruffles) from cruise 2010 collection. I am happy to see them stepping out from tradition with these exciting variation!

I do have one, in black lambskin (is it still lady dior if it’s the bigger one?).
I love it to bits, except:
1) It’s heavier than other similar size leatherbag (due to leather or metalware… my YSL roady is also heavy).
2) There is no mobile phone compartment, only 1 zipped compartment.
