Mulberry Rockley Satchel
From the Fall-Winter 2011 Mens Mulberry collection comes the Mulberry Rockley Satchel, another interpretation of the classic schoolboy satchel trend that’s sweeping the world. With no sign of it abating anytime soon, Mulberry offers up their version for the boys, a 38 cm by 31 cm thick leather stud that comes with both brains and brawn.
Use it one of two ways, either held in your hand or via its adjustable (and removable) shoulder strap. On the inside, there’s a separate cushioned slot just for your laptop, ensuring it survives even the hardest of accidental knocks. Now that’s smart. And as far as the looks are concerned, I doubt anyone will argue with me that this is one of the best looking bags for men for F/W11 so far.
Due for release soon online at Mulberry, it is priced at GBP775 (around SGD1560 or so before shipping and taxes), which makes it reasonably affordable as well. Besides Gunmetal, the satchel also comes in classic Chocolate.
As for me, I just need to decide to go with this, or just keep to my original want from F/W11 Mulberry, the Mulberry Postman’s Lock Travel Bag. Decisions, decisions.
