Bagaholicboy News #191 – Follow Bagaholicboy On His Ultimate Buying Trip!
It’s finally time to let the cat out of the bag. And about time too, because the suspense of it all was killing me. As most of you may already know, I am setting off for London and Paris in a week’s time, and for the following 7 days, I will be shopping, yes, shopping for Doorstep Luxury.
I will be checking out all the trade shows, meeting up with designers and deciding which 12 (or 15) pieces (be it bags, SLGs, jewellery and other bits) will make it to my very first curated capsule collection for DSL, which will eventually be available online for sale.
And that’s not all. I will be actively tweeting and posting snapshots up on DSL’s Facebook fan page, and getting your opinions on them. Which Boyy bag should we get? Or maybe something from Marchesa’s new accessories line? Oscar de la Renta perhaps? Timo Weiland? Manoush? SWASH London? The possibilities are endless. And because your opinions matter to me, I will be giving away 50 DSL dollars every day, with a grand prize of a lovely F/W11 bag either on my Twitter account, or on DSL’s Facebook fan page.
As if the stress of presenting my own curated collection for DSL was not enough, I will also be checking out Mulberry’s F/W11 collection while in London. In Paris I will be attending some PFW shows, so expect up-to-the-minute updates, frantic tweets, blurry snapshots (god forbid) and perhaps even some exclusive sneak peeks.
It’s going to be a hectic 7 days for me in London and Paris, and I would like to personally invite each and every one of you to join me online and accompany me on my journey. It’s going to be fun!

I’m not sure what I’m going to buy for my capsule collection for DSL yet.
