Prada Cordura Saffiano Bag
Presenting the Prada Cordura Saffiano Bag (I don’t have its fancy official name as yet) which came home with me after yesterday’s press presentation at Prada.
Sitting pretty in my little home office, the part-cordura (a nylon fabric that’s resistant to abrasions, tears and scuffs), part-saffiano (the zip pulls and side handle are all leather) duffle has been on my mind since I saw it in the press kit in late May.
Measuring 40 cm across by 28 cm, it comes with 2 additional compartments (one in front and one in the back) that’s great for additional storage. I do love the fact that it is brash and loud, the geometric graphics an ode to the 70s. The best part? When it is eventually released in the stores for sale, this baby will cost just SGD1490. A smaller version in camouflage print will also be released and those will be retailing for SGD1390 each.
It is days like these I truly love what I do.

Terribly jealous ever since I read the news! I might just have to get this too! Does it feel nice to touch? So many questions!
It is pretty standard on the inside, black lining with one large zip pocket.

So far I’m only aware of this one in orange and yellow checks, plus the 2 smaller ones in camouflage.

Hi BB, was wondering you have a post on the smaller ladies ones with exotic croc leather?
I was hoping to get a nice handy designer leather cross-slingbag suitable for my Olympus Pen. Been looking for the past month but didn’t find any i like in stores or on online sites.
When would these be out in the market for sales, BB? And by the way, do they have a more plain/less loud prints version of these bags?
The shape and price and everything is so awesome! Just that i think it’s a little too loud for my liking.
