Miu Miu Shopping Bag Collection
This just in. I’ve just received news that the Miu Miu Shopping Bag (SGD650 to SGD750) collection has made its debut in Singapore and is now available for sale at both Miu Miu boutiques at ION Orchard and Paragon. And if you’re wondering why the patterns look so familar, here’s the answer.
Miuccia Prada has gone into Miu Miu’s archives from seasons past and used them for this collection. Take the floral one (shown above) for example. The delicate line drawings of flowers is from the S/S03 collection. Another one from the S/S05 collection showcases vivid colour and symmetrical patterns as the bag’s signature look.
And now for the million dollar question. Can anyone tell me which season this particular pattern is from?

I am not sure but the first time I saw that pattern was at the Cannes Film Festival. Miu Miu had a special edition Nappa Charm with that same print.

It would be amazing if the James Jean Fairy pattern (more like design) from S/S 08 was resurrected.
