Phoebe Philo is one woman who can seem to do no wrong. Fashion editors the world over have been singing praises about her collections from season to season and the Resort 2011 Womens Céline collection is no different. Vogue says ‘she swung fashion into a new path with her resort show‘, Style lauds her and affirms that ‘her approach, whether to bags or to clothes, is evolutionary‘.

I’m just in love. So in love I’ve purchased 2 pieces from the Spring-Summer 2010 Womens Céline collection myself. Would have been more especially with the current sale running, but since I’ve also picked up a GF1 and MacBook Pro recently, I decided to give the notion of getting more a miss for now.

One day soon however, I hope to get myself one of her cabas totes.

Moving along we’ve got these clean and simple trio of purses which make up a great sling bag that goes easily from day to night. And if you don’t want to wait till December 2010 for one, Céline at DFS Scottswalk Galleria has some available in Black or Navy Blue.

The Céline Classic Box Bag goes one size up for Resort 2011, a jumbo of sorts. Fold in the shoulder strap and it becomes a handy portfolio. Carried either way it is still one stunning number.
