Mulberry Neely Collection
While I know many of you are still salivating over the upcoming Alexa bags from F/W10, it is my duty to turn your attention to the new Mulberry Neely collection that’s also from the Fall-Winter 2010 Womens Mulberry collection which has been launched for sale on Mulberry’s e-commerce site. Named after the lead character in ‘Valley Of The Dolls’, the Neely family consists of 3 different bags that comprises a satchel, a shoulder bag and a tote.
Measuring 34 cm across by 30 cm, the Neely satchel in spongy patent leather will come in 3 different colours including Tomato, Steel and Nude (shown above). Retailing for GBP650 each, they are perfect for those who are sick to the stomach with all the hype around Alexa (yes, there are those of you among us) and want something cleaner, more classic and a little bit more ladylike.
Next up, the Mulberry Neely Shoulder Bag, a shrunken mini-me version of the Neely, sans top handle and much smaller at 26 cm across. Retailing for GBP450 each, these are more suitable for that casual night out with the girls or zipping around town over weekends. And if I’m right, you can even remove the shoulder strap and you’ll get an oversized clutch for the semi-formal evening dinner.
Finally, may I introduce the Mulberry Neely Tote in Camel Haircalf that just screams Ris Low (I promise this will be last time I reference her). This is also the 3rd bag I’ve covered so far for F/W10 that has animal prints, the first two being from YSL and Gucci respectively. Measuring almost 40 cm across, this generously-sized tote comes fully lined with suede and retails for GBP1650.

I like what you said about the preens!!! But actually it is a nice tote. Kinda pricey though.. sigh…. can it be ordered online now?
Yes, all 7 bags from the Mulberry Neely collection is available online for purchase now.
somehow similar to the Vuitton Fall Collection
Ben, I think it’s because of the lock.. so similar to that of Vuitton’s
I like the rose gold hardware. Reminds me of Bal.
