Marc by Marc Jacobs Miss Marc Collection
From the Spring-Summer 2010 Womens Marc by Marc Jacobs collection comes these fun and whimsical bags, with the now-famous Miss Marc taking the spotlight. One of the pieces in this collection include a hobo with the braided handle, along with doodlings of animals on blue denim fabric.
Besides the hobo, there is also this tote which comes with braided handles and the same doodlings. Measuring 45 cm across, it comes with a zippered closure on top, along with 3 pockets (one zippered) on the inside.
Personally I like this the most; the double-zip laptop sleeve that’s all the rage these days with designers. Becoming a staple in many different collections (I’ve seen sleeves like these from Louis Vuitton and Fendi as well), this particular piece has a child-like quality to it. No updates yet on the prices and launch dates, so expect more updates soon.
