It's a scarf. Secondly, why does his cotton hankerchiefs need to be branded? Such a waste of good money that can be put towards another bag or SLG. Instead go to any department store and pick up those that come in a box of 3 for S$9.90. Like you've said, it is for the cleaning up of spills anyway...
