Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas Artsy
From the Spring-Summer 2010 Womens Louis Vuitton collection comes another Monogram Canvas bag that’s as widely anticipated as the Monogram Canvas Néo. Called the Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas Artsy, it is distinguished by a single vachetta shoulder strap that’s partially braided and a large roomy body.
I actually saw both sizes, the PM and the GM at the press presentation I attended back in December and I must say I was pretty impressed. Simply designed, it’s a bag that’s very here and now, one that any woman can use with ease from day to night. Size wise, it is also pretty ample. The MM comes in at 46 cm by 32 cm, while the GM measures 50 cm by 36 cm.
Slated for release very soon, I’m expecting this one to fly off the shelves as well, even if they do cost SGD2100 (EUR1030) and SGD2560 (EUR1260) respectively for the MM and GM.

The bag is gorgeous but I’m not completely sold on the name.
I love the single vanchetta shoulder strap and wonder if one can wear it over the shoulder as the photo shows a rather narrow ‘girth’ and will the strap turn into a darker colour? If it’s as generous as the Galleria, this will certainly be a bag for me!

Hi, it is me again. May I know was there any LV price adjustment in S’pore lately?
I would like to find out the price for Vernis Sunset, Galliera PM and GM, Monogram business card holder and shawl and LV initiles Monogram Belt (thick) in S’pore. Just found out from KLCC store that price had been reduced quite significantly here lately.
Since I will be going to S’pore next mth, I would like to compare the differences in price before making decision where to buy. Thank you.

I just bought the Artsy mm and I also cannot find the serial # in the bag. Also I didn’t get any papers booklet or anything other then the bags and dust cover.

My boyfriend bought me Artsy mm yesterday as a gift (lucky me) and it cost now 1040 euros. maybe because of its success… and like you Laura it doesn’t have a box… just receipt and dustbag. unlike when my bf bought me two months ago the insolite wallet. its in the very nice box.

I just bought this bag in Paris on the Champs E. in Monogram Empreinte. It is NOT comfortable on the shoulder, and the large one which I bought is actually too large for on the arm. Just so you are forewarned. However, I LOVE the look and the brownish/taupe color I got.
Also, has anyone seen the LV bags that can be ordered with your initials imprinted? They had them in Paris.
