Fendi Fortune Canvas Tote

Walking past Fendi at Ngee Ann City yesterday I found myself stopping dead in my tracks and staring hard at this; the Fendi Fortune Canvas Tote. Apparently it is from the Cruise 2010 Womens Fendi collection, and besides the green four-leaf clover design, they’ve also got totes, pouches and SLGs in other designs including a red ladybird and a blue fish (now since when was a blue fish lucky?).
Frankly I’m horrified, but because I’ve already been a major bitch this week with the marbles, I let you (my dear readers) do the talking. Love it? Or loathe it? Discuss…

it is ugly, looks cheap and simply stupid. i believe my 5 year old girl can do a better job with those silly pictures
I saw a magazine in Kino which had Fendi plastic folders in this print as freebies and I thought they were fake heh. I don’t really like it!

I love clovers but sorry to say, it doesn’t gel with the Fendi monogram AT ALL. Colours, style.. all off. It’s like they got lazy with churning new designs so they pasted a picture over existing range.
I gave up on Fendi a few years back as the design of their bags no longer appeal to me, but this sealed the deal. I only give a quick cursory glance whenever I walk past the boutique these days. Sorry, just plain tacky.
Don’t worry, we’ll do the bitching this time; this looks totally like some random China brand.
