Celebs And Bags #45 – Gucci Unicef ‘Snowman’ Joy Boston & Heidi Klum
For those who are waiting for the Michael Roberts & Gucci For Unicef collection to arrive in Singapore I’ve got good news. The wait is over; the collection has just been launched! I’ve also got prices of some of the items, so read on. First up, Heidi Klum’s Gucci Unicef ‘Snowman’ Joy Boston, which I initially thought retailed for SGD1120 each.
I was wrong. This baby, which features embroidery on the surface of the bag will retail for SGD3790. I’m quite sure I didn’t get it wrong; I actually made the SA repeat the price twice to me.
The other one made specially for this collection is the Gucci Unicef ‘Elephant’ Joy Boston and it retails for SGD1120. The motif is simply silkscreened onto the canvas, which also explains the lower price. Besides the 2 bags, there are other bits and pieces, including a couple of SLGs and some key rings.
As for me, I’ll just be getting a copy of the book, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Unicef. And at just SGD36 each, there is really no reason for you to help out either. Be a man (woman)! Do the right thing!
