Bagaholicboy Muses #112 – Haute Hardcovers

Yes, the wait is finally over. As far as I know, 1 September 2009 will mark the release of ‘Louis Vuitton: Art, Fashion and Architecture‘ in Singapore. Celebrating their long-standing tradition of working with the best in contemporary culture, over 80 artists are featured including Richard Prince, Stephen Sprouse and Takashi Murakami. What’s more, the deluxe limited edition (with the acrylic slipcover) will be available exclusively only at Louis Vuitton boutiques worldwide.

And that’s not all. Tod’s is also launching their own limited edition hardcover, ‘Italian Touch‘, which is a collection of people and moments in time the represent the best of ‘Made in Italy’. People, places, and of course Tod’s.

Sun-kissed, happy and effortlessly stylish, does everyone in Italy really look like that? See this, and more images like this for yourself at Paragon Atrium 2, where it will run the ‘Italian Touch‘ exhibition from 5 September to 12 September 2009. And on 4 September, Tod’s will be throwing a private evening cocktail event to celebrate the book as well as the opening of their newly renovated two-storey flagship boutique.
Celebrities expected to grace the event include Hong Kong actress/singer Kelly Chen. And the best thing? I’ve just got my own invite in the mail today, and of course I’m thrilled to bits that I’m going too.

Oh, and how much does the LV book cost?
Wow!I'm envious!
Do tell us more thereafter please!
Oh its here. I am looking forward to the LV Art, Fashion & Architecture. Any idea how much that will be in Sg? If it's significantly cheaper in London I might be getting from there instead.
S$260. Not in stock yet. They said they dunno if it will be in stock. But they are still able to give me a price. Hmmm…
Yup Zac, I've got the same info too… I got a feeling it will be now launched in mid or end September…
