Celebs And Bags #36 – Coach Parker Convertible Hippie & Sophia Bush
I love everything from the Coach Parker collection. Yes, while I may have already gushed about it umpteenth times here before, I will do it one more time so bear with me. Presenting the Coach Parker Convertible Hippie, as seen on actress Sophia Bush. Now why do I love this collection so much? Well, for starters, it’s all-leather, yet so light and comes in a variety of the prettiest pastels.
And while the Coach Parker Convertible Hippie does not come in that many colour combinations (as say, the Parker Satchel), I do like the one in Sand with the silver hardware (shown above). It also comes in Cinnamon (with rose gold hardware). Measuring approximately 36.5 cm by 35.5 cm, it’s one of those shoulder bags that can be carried close to the body or slung casually across, depending on which part of the city you are in.
But perhaps the best thing about it is the price, where it retails for USD458 in the States. And I just did a quick check, in Singapore it retails for SGD829 and only available in White or Black.

Convertible totes are my current favourite style.That's why I have been eyeing LV Odeon GM,MBMJ's softy city tote,MBMJ's Q city tote,but decided not to get any of these for different reasons.
This Coach convertible tote looks great and doesn't seem to have the problems that the others have.
If S'pore only carries limited colours, then I seriously will get someone to buy it from US and ship it over to me,of course in the color that is not available in S'pore.
Are you sure the Sand with silver hardware is not available in S'pore?

Yeah maybe you should. That's what the SA at Coach Takashimaya Department Store told me… Sand is a great colour!
Hi Valerie, I checked again, yes the one above only comes in Black, White and Mushroom Brown in Singapore.
The smaller one, at SGD689 comes in loads of different colours though…

I found the small one too small, and shoulder drop length not quite long.
I read from tpf that the leather though light and thin, but it's not very durable.
