Loewe Amazona Weekender
I have been toying with the idea of getting a Loewe Amazona for myself lately, I even headed to Ngee Ann City in the evening just to check out what was available. A couple of Amazonas caught my eye, but they were either too big, too small or too expensive. The big ones came in suede, which is not exactly my fabric of choice in tropical Singapore, while the leather ones were too small. There was a braided leather Loewe Amazona in Black that was about the right size, but it was pushing the SGD5000 mark, which made it too pricey for me.
Looking ahead at the Spring-Summer 2009 Womens Loewe collection, I spotted this, the Loewe Amazona Weekender in Denim, which I kinda fancy. It’s huge, it’s in denim and its leather logo crest, handles and key bell in Red are simply stunning in my opinion. It’s officially on my wantlist now, just need to find out when it hits Singapore and how much it will retail for. Stay tuned.

that’s a fab amazona! i’m pretty sure they will make it in other colors too, but i hope it has a base. with these big bags, it always looks nice stuff but when you remove all the stuffing, it looks flat and floppy. do update on the prices though
