Update – Anya Hindmarch Fresh Fruit Shopping Tote
Today was one of highs and lows for me. All over a tote, which I still want so so bad. Remember when I said I wanted one but held out due to the shipping cost? A reader emails me from somewhere in the EU and wanted to help me order one, but after trying umpteen times she could not get any. Joe also leaves a comment on my blog telling me if I spot the tote again, to inform him so that he can get it for me.
Along the way, I try my luck and place an order with LUISAVIAROMA, it takes my information and so forth but at the end of it all, I get a polite email telling me it is indeed sold out. What do I do? I rant of course, asking if there is any way I could get one, since I did get a confirmation of some sort. And that was that, I never expected to actually get a reply.
But I do! C from LUISAVIAROMA emails me and thanks me for writing in (as well as featuring the tote and LUISAVIAROMA on my blog), promising to try and ‘locate’ one for me. For that I am happy. Even if I do not get one eventually, it’s ok. So thank you all guys, each and everyone of you made my day. And in case anyone is wondering, the Anya Hindmarch Fresh Fruit Shopping Tote was made to commemorate the reopening of their Florence boutique in Italy after a five month restoration project. I included some pictures of it above in case anyone was curious. No wonder the tote sold like hotcakes, the new boutique looks so inviting!
